BOOKING POLICY

Following receipt of the completed booking form and the appropriate payment, confirmations of reservations will be sent out as soon as possible. Once you have booked and the confirmation has been dispatched, the price of the holiday is guaranteed. 

1. Deposit and Cancellation Policy    

  • The ROYAL LUXURY RESORTS receives the Payments in the Bank account given to the Customer.
  • The payments must be done by customer over 18 years old. If the person does not apply this rule, the book will be cancelled and the payment is non refundable. 
  • The ROYAL LUXURY RESORTS reserves the right not to upload to its Website the Rates and Fees. 
  • The ROYAL LUXURY RESORTS sends the Rates and Fees to each request. Every request is treated in its total.
  • If a request is consisted of several services, a full description of the Rates and Fees follows including and describing each service separately. 
  • A Deposit of 30% of the Total Payment amount is due upon confirmation of the Services to The ROYAL LUXURY RESORTS .Deposits are non refundable.
  • The Security Deposit is defined for each one of the Villas in Euro. The Security Deposit will be refunded in full within 3 days of your departure, except in the unlikely event of any loss or damage to the property or its contents, late departure from property, non-return of keys, excessive cleaning costs, or any resultant costs will be deducted from this deposit first.    

The Balance Payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For last minute rentals, the total rental amount plus security deposit is payable in full at the time of booking.

There will be an extra charge/fee if extra services will occur during the booking period.


CHANGES

Should you need to make changes to your rental once the booking is confirmed, we will do our best to accommodate/host you.  However, any amendments may result in an amendment fee, and or cancellation charges being incurred.  All your requests must been sent by e-mail. 


CANCELLATIONS 

All cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to the charges listed below. If the client does not pay the balance at the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this event, the deposit will NOT be reimbursed.       

Cancellation charges:

Low Season: 30 days prior to arrival 30 % cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.

Medium Season: 50 days prior to arrival 30 % cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.

High Season: 60 days prior to arrival 30% cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.

Non Show or Early Departure: In case of Non Show or Early Departure, 100% cancellation fees will apply.


RESPONSIBILITY - LIABILITY

The customer is strongly advised to take out its own holiday travel insurance.

The ROYAL LUXURY RESORTS does not accept the responsibility or liability for any accidents resulting in death, injury, or illness.
