Black and Yellow Villa

This is a modern villa build in 2015 in a unique location in Mykonos Canal with unlimited view of Mykonos Town, the port and the island of Tinos.

The property has a private entrance and parking area. The area combines easy and short accessibility to popular destinations of the island as well as absolute privacy due to its location. Is situated just a few minutes by foot from the beach “Delfini” and 3km from beach “Ornos”.

The Black and Yellow Villa offers a comfortable and welcoming stay for 10 people, with 5 double – king size bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, fireplace, flat-screen TV with DVD player, soundbar, PlayStation, WiFi internet connection, alarm system and air-condition.

The ground floor has a large and comfortable living room with a fireplace, with separate modern furniture and decoration, large dining area, modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

On the floor there are 2 bedrooms that have independent air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom en suite.

All bedrooms have safe-boxes. All bathrooms are equipped with free hairdryers and body amenities. In all bedrooms there are body and facial towels, bathrobes and slippers.

On the outside of the villa, there is a swimming pool of 25m² with salt water, with sun loungers, umbrellas and shower, with built-in barbeque, built-in sofas, and dining room with modern furnishings. There is also a jacuzzi with heated water for 6 people. Also with access from the outside there is a comfortable guesthouse for 2 people with bathroom, kitchenette and air conditioning.

Furthermore, there is a master bedroom located in the exterior location with one double king size bed that can accommodate 2 people (includes 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and one sofa – bed).

Also, a big balcony with pergola and relax furniture provides a full view of Mykonos sunset.
